What's covered
- 90 days of coverage on the specific repair we performed.
- The part we installed, if it fails through no fault of yours.
- Labour needed to re-do the repair if something we did didn't hold.
What's not covered
- New damage — a second drop, water exposure, or physical impact after the repair.
- Failures of components we didn't touch (e.g., we replaced your screen; three weeks later your battery dies — that's a separate repair).
- Devices that have been opened or modified by someone else after our repair.
- Software issues caused by OS updates.
How to make a claim
- Bring the device back to us with your ticket number.
- We diagnose at no cost under the warranty.
- If the claim is valid, we repair or refund — your choice.
This warranty is in addition to any legal rights you have under your country's consumer law.
