Data transfers
Some of our processors (payment, email, SMS) may host data outside the EU/UK. When that happens, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (or adequacy decisions where available) to keep your data protected.
Complain
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to your country's data-protection authority. In the UK that's the ICO; in Ireland, the DPC; in Germany, your state data-protection office; in other EU countries, the equivalent.
