The deal
When you book a repair, we quote you a price range. We won't charge more than the top of that range without telling you first and getting your OK. If a repair turns out to be impossible or not worth it, we'll tell you — diagnostics are free up to a posted limit.
Your device
- Back your device up before handing it to us — we do our best, but data loss is always a risk.
- We're not responsible for accessories (cases, chargers) unless we explicitly took them.
- Devices left longer than 60 days after completion may be disposed of per local salvage law.
- If we find evidence of unauthorised tampering or stolen goods, we'll report it as required.
Pricing + payment
- Prices are shown with tax where applicable.
- Payment is due at pickup unless we agreed otherwise.
- A restocking / cancellation fee may apply if we've already ordered parts specific to your device.
Warranty + refunds
Our warranty terms are on the Warranty page; our refund rules are on the Refund policy page. Read those too — they're part of this agreement.
Limits of our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. This doesn't limit your rights under consumer-protection law where those laws say otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and update the "last updated" date below.
